Brighton has always been a popular destination for friends, but the discovery of a new hot Thai cookery school has got us very excited, so much so they we have launched a new trip in honour of the discovery.

Our new cookery school and catering outfit is in trendy Hove, and run by Chang Mai born Bookie. A friendly, family orientated food lover, Bookie has qualifications in Thai Cooking, Bakery, Floristry, Fruit and Vegetable Carving and Thai Dessert, and says her goal is to bring authentic Thai cuisine to the thousands.

“With over 6 years in restaurant mangement and a lifetime of catering experience, I’m ready to share my passion and knowledge of Thai cuisine.” Says Bookie, who enjoys working with groups of all sizes and skill levels.

“I really want to offer a fun and beneficial experience for people who are keen to learn the practical skills and physical benefits of real Thai cooking”
